Further proofs of the flat earth - 26th and 27^th June 2021

The sun

The sun’s rising is from the end of the heavens and its circuit runs to the end of them. The sun has a circuit that it makes. It is the one moving, and not the earth.

Psalm 19:1  The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork. 

Psalm 19:2  Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge. 

Psalm 19:3  There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard. 

Psalm 19:4  Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In them hath he set a tabernacle for the sun, 

Psalm 19:5  Which is as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, and rejoiceth as a strong man to run a race. 

Psalm 19:6  His going forth is from the end of the heaven, and his circuit unto the ends of it: and there is nothing hid from the heat thereof. 

Notice that the sun is the one making the circuit – not the earth!

 

About the stars

Rev 12:4  And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born. 

What is the size of the stars in relation to the earth? Contemporary ‘science’ tells us that our sun is a star and that all the other stars are actual suns! In the verse above we are told that the dragon drew a third of the stars with his tail and threw them onto the earth. If all these are suns, that would have to be the end of the earth!

However we know from the Bible that the stars are not what ‘scientists’ tell us they are. See the verses below:

Rev 9:1  And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit. 

Rev 9:2  And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit. 

Notice that this star is referred to as a he and that he is given a key and uses it to open the bottomless pit.

Rev 1:20  The mystery of the seven stars which thou sawest in my right hand, and the seven golden candlesticks. The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches: and the seven candlesticks which thou sawest are the seven churches. 

Here the Lord Jesus tells John that the stars that he saw in His hand are the angels of the seven churches. He is actually telling John that the stars are angels.

Job 38:6  Whereupon are the foundations thereof fastened? or who laid the corner stone thereof; 

Job 38:7  When the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy? 

I’ve put down Job 38:6 for context but note that in verse 7 the morning stars sang together.

Gen 1:14  And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years: 

Gen 1:15  And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so. 

Gen 1:16  And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also. 

Gen 1:17  And God set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth, 

Notice what the sun, moon and stars were made for in verse 17.  They were made to give light on the earth. Not to the so-called ‘planets’ or to light up other ‘galaxies’ (whatever those are). They were specifically made to give light on the earth.

Look at the small bulb that lights your room. What is its size in proportion to the room? Imagine needing a bulb bigger than the room to light the room. It is a ridiculous idea. Even one candle is sufficient to light up a room. Why would the sun then be bigger than the earth that it was made to give light to?

The sun, moon and stars were created to give light on the earth. The greater light is the sun as it lights the day while the moon gives light at night together with the stars. Clearly the sun and the stars are not equal lights. Neither are the moon and stars equal lights as the moon rules the night. The stars are lesser lights. This is obvious to the naked eye even though ‘modern science’ would have us doubt the evidence of our own eyes.

This truth is contradicted by the cult called ‘modern science’ whose chief aim is to discredit Scripture.
